We are an engineering team specialized in dynamometers providing the best solutions for every need. Dynamometers for engines, transmissions, chassis, customized equipment and manufactured test cells. Our experience allows us to understand the appropriate needs and scope of each project and get involved in entire process to execute it in the most effective way.
The origin of our company dates back to 1974, when Engineer Domingo Saenz was leading a project to develop Diesel engines for GM dealer Navarro Hnos. in Mar del Plata. The need to test these engines led him to design the first hydraulic brake. Once manufactured (a very similar model to the current DS2), the interest of some of the most important motorsport engineers of the time began to grow, and they started asking him to make more brakes to test their engines.
The tests were carried out with progressively better results, gaining a lot of experience and continuously improving the designs. Soon, all the components surrounding the test benches began to be manufactured, rapidly spreading within the automotive industry in Argentina. In less than four years, the country's leading engine builders were already testing their engines with our dynamometers, and Domingo decided to focus entirely on their production. He founded our company, which quickly grew within the industry.
In just a few years, with the growing need for more performance tools, complementing and synergizing with the dynamometers and after a process of research and development, the first S-400 flowbench was manufactured in 1985. Ongoing development, the desire and satisfaction of creating new tools with more advanced technology and ever-improving performance led us, during the 1990s, to incorporate into our production chassis dynos for trucks, cars, and motorcycles, computerized flowbenches and dynamometers for large Diesel engines. We gradually began exporting our products throughout South America, with a strong presence in Chile, Uruguay, and Peru.
The arrival of the new millennium found us proudly aiming to bring the work and development of our country to the rest of the world. We established business relationships in the USA, our dealers distribute our products, and to this day, we maintain a close relationship with over 200 units sold in that challenging market. Our experience in USA allowed us to establish a global presence and in the following years, we began exporting machines to Europe, Central America, Oceania, and Southeast Asia.
In the last 10 years, our company has undergone a transformation process in which we incorporated technology, tools and formed a highly specialized engineering team in dynamometers. This enabled us to develop brakes for testing high-speed turbines, eddy current brakes, transmission dynamometers and various other equipment designed specifically for the a variety of needs. All of these devices are accompanied by automated control systems with the latest technology.
Today, we continue with the same desire to improve ourselves and enthusiasm as Domingo had over fifty years ago when he started our path, always based on honesty, hard work, and knowledge.
