These dynamometers are designed with very easy to assemble and portable structures that do not require any type of installation. The operation is very simple and fast, with a reliable data acquisition system that gives them great precision and repeatability.

Different dyno models are manufactured according to the vehicles power and speed. Inertial tests have no physical test limit any vehicle can be mounted on the rollers and perform an acceleration test. The limitation in these cases will be the quality of the measurement: if a high power vehicle is tested and the inertia is not enough, the pull will be too fast. In these cases the measurement will not be accurate and repetitive, with a significant margin of error.

All Saenz rolls have a special pattern that prevents skidding and reduces the vehicle's load on the roller, minimizing heating and deformation of the tire. Dynos also have a pneumatic brake to stop the roller at the end of the tests and block it for assembly and departure.

The different dyno models are then defined by the diameter of the rollers, which is closely linked to the inertial moment and therefore to the equivalent mass of the rollers that the vehicle must ``push´´.

SMAC data acquisition system

This system works with the highest technology, It has easy-to-use software with a large number of tools for visualization and analysis of tests. The system allow to add modules so the number of data channels can be expanded to add accessory sensors as much as desired. Communication is done through fiber optics avoiding all kinds of electrical noise problems, which is very important in a dynamometer environment, usually susceptible to this phenomenon.

Eddy current Retarder

All chassis dynos have the option to fix an eddy current brake to give variable load to the tests. It is possible to maintain real conditions at sustained speed and torque. The system has a torque control that adjust the load or speed levels automatically, this way the complete injection map can be adjusted in all throttle positions. Another test program is the simulation of real road with different air friction factors and/or configurable slopes in historic chart.

Command stand

Support for notebook or keyboard and mouse with all the controls of the dyno, offers total control without getting off the bike.

Mobile Blower

In order to maintain the suitable temperature of the vehicles, we offer a 1.5HP mobile forcing with steering cone and flow deflectors to ensure stable engine conditions in different tests. Mounted on a mobile base, with height adjustment and projection angle.

Motorized front wheel Clamp

It allows to set in position the motorcycle and fix it quickly and safely by pressing a single button. Avoid the need to tie the motorcycles.

Trailer Dynos

Every chassis dyno can be mounted on trailers as a transportable option. Fully equipped with lights, elastics, shock absorbers, tires and wheels.
