Chassis dynamometers allow the vehicle to be tested and power measured without having to dismantle the engine. Measuring on the wheel, the engine and revealing the losses in the transmission. They allow tests to be carried out in the workshop, avoiding street or road tests, which are risky and difficult. We manufacture models for cars, trucks, motorcycles, quadricycles and karting, in inertial, braked and combined formats.

These dynamometers are designed with very easy to assemble and portable structures that do not require any type of installation. The operation is very simple and fast, with a reliable data acquisition system that gives them great precision and repeatability.
Different dyno models are manufactured according to the vehicles power and speed. Inertial tests have no physical test limit any vehicle can be mounted on the rollers and perform an acceleration test. The limitation in these cases will be the quality of the measurement: if a high power vehicle is tested and the inertia is not enough, the pull will be too fast. In these cases the measurement will not be accurate and repetitive, with a significant margin of error.
All Saenz rolls have a special pattern that prevents skidding and reduces the vehicle's load on the roller, minimizing heating and deformation of the tire. Dynos also have a pneumatic brake to stop the roller at the end of the tests and block it for assembly and departure.
The different dyno models are then defined by the diameter of the rollers, which is closely linked to the inertial moment and therefore to the equivalent mass of the rollers that the vehicle must ``push´´.
Saenz offers complete solutions for engine testing, this includes the full range of accessories for test rooms including mobile engine bases, starting systems, cardan shafts, elastic couplings, engine adapters, cooling and water recirculation systems, fuel measurement systems and all types of sensors.
